Wholesale Terms and Conditions

LANE LINEN WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale accounts and purchases with Lane Linen ("we", "us", "our"). By applying for and purchasing from a Lane Linen wholesale account, you ("the customer") agree to the following:

1. Account Eligibility & Approval

  • All wholesale accounts must be approved by Lane Linen prior to purchasing.
  • Applicants must operate a legitimate, registered business and provide a valid ABN.
  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
  • Approved customers will receive login access to our wholesale portal.

2. Sales Channel Restrictions

  • Wholesale customers may sell Lane Linen products in physical retail stores only.
  • Online sales are strictly prohibited, including (but not limited to) websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
  • Customers may promote products online for in-store purchase only.
  • Products must only be sold from the approved registered business location.

3. Pricing & RRP

  • Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are provided as a guideline only.
  • Retailers may sell at or above RRP.
  • Pricing and discounting are at the retailerโ€™s discretion.
  • Lane Linen reserves the right to change wholesale pricing at any time without notice.

4. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum order value: $1,500 AUD per order (including shipping).
  • Minimum order quantity: 6 units per SKU.
  • Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

5. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Credit accounts are not offered initially.
  • Credit terms may be considered after a minimum of 12 months trading history and are subject to approval.

6. Shipping & Dispatch

  • Shipping costs are payable by the customer.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier and are not guaranteed.

7. Stock Availability

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • If an item is unavailable:
    • A suitable alternative may be offered; or
    • A full refund will be issued if no alternative is accepted.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns must be approved by Lane Linen prior to return.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Faulty or defective products
    • Incorrect items supplied
    • Returns must be original packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
  • We do not offer exchanges for different colours or products.
  • Replacements will be provided where applicable.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

9. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.

10. Brand Representation

  • Lane Linen branding and assets may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Branding must not be altered or misrepresented.
  • Any additional use requires prior written approval.

11. Compliance

  • Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the wholesale account.

12. General

  • Lane Linen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
