I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1-7 days of payment. We ship Australia wide with Australia Post standard services. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are 2-5 days to metro areas, and slightly longer for country and regional areas.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

For change of mind returns, we offer a refund of the purchase price of the item. Items must be in original packaging, unopened and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact customerservice@trendpose.com within seven (7) days of receipt of goods for further details before returning your item.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you've entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please email us immediately at customerservice@trendpose.com can make the necessary changes to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address. Please note that we cannot provide a refund after the 24-hour window has passed from the time of the incorrect submission.
